Hot Water Bag

A slight heat in the pain of periods gives great relief. Place a hot water bag or bottle on the stomach, it relaxes the contracting muscles of the uterus and gives you relief from pain

Chamomile Tea

Make chamomile tea for yourself and add a lot of ginger to it. Ginger has pain reducing properties and chamomile tea also has.
