Kubbra Sait is a work in progress, just like all of us. The actress loves her time at the gym and is often seen engrossed in her exercise routine. When she’s not playing characters for the screen, Kubbra is seen working on her body with an intense exercise routine. Kubbra’s Instagram profile is filled with photos and videos of herself practicing her exercise routine and they’re a treat for sore eyes.

However, the start was not so smooth for Kubbra. Kubbra had a specific body shape, especially on his back, and he believed it to be hereditary. She also believed that postures cannot be completely perfect and that is how she met her fitness coach, who ensured that her exercise routines were fruitful in correcting her posture.

Kubbra shared a compilation of videos on his Instagram profile on Thursday and gave us a preview of his gym routine. From doing push-ups to doing stretches and working those core muscles, Kubbra can be seen doing it all. At the beginning of the video, Kubbra can be seen holding a pole on top and doing pullups. Then she can be seen stretching her body by lying on her stomach on a yoga mat. She can also be seen sitting on the floor with her back bent to a gym bench and working on her core muscles.

With the video, Kubbra debunked the healthy myths she believed to be true – “Oh this is hereditary, no one’s posture is perfect ok!” She further added that these are the words she said to her fitness coach, and the rest is history. Take a look at his fitness routine here:

The exercise routine, performed by Kubbra, has several health benefits. Pullups help to strengthen the muscles of the back, arms and shoulders. Stretching, on the other hand, helps improve body posture and mobility. It also helps to decrease muscle pain.
