Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan’s fitness journey has been a great source of motivation for her fans. The eager young talent recently took to Instagram to share a video where she actively strives to reach her fitness goals. She was seen motivating herself to feel better on a dark first day of her periods.

Sharing about her lack of motivation and a bloated belly during periods, she says, “Today, I woke up and wasn’t going to go to the gym today because I was tired, lazy, not very motivated and also bloated because I just got my period.”

But she didn’t give in to lethargy.

“I push myself, I go to the gym and I train so I can improve mentally physically, emotionally, I’m proud.” Sarah wrote in the post.

1. Cycling:

When it comes to cardio, cycling is paramount. It has broad benefits ranging from muscle strengthening and stress management. Other benefits are:

2. Thread with bar:

This exercise is praised for increasing upper body strength. Barbell curls can help increase overall arm and grip strength and improve upper body mass for strength, power, and fitness athletes. It is definitely one of the best exercises for muscle strength.

3. Squats:

Sara was seen performing various types of squats in her instagram video. She has been seen doing a series of squats, box jumps and squats. Doing squats regularly can have the following health benefits:

4. Burpees:

7. Sit-ups:
