Sanya Malhotra is back in the gym. The actress who spent Christmas and New Years in style is back to doing what she really loves to do – her exercise routine. The actress is a fitness enthusiast and snippets of her workout diaries often appear on her Instagram profile in the form of videos and photos. Whether in calisthenics or weightlifting, Sanya Malhotra is always ready for anything fitness.

Sanya’s fitness trainer Tridev Pandey continues to share previews of her workout routine on her own Instagram profile. A day ago, Tridev shared a brief glimpse of how Sanya is prepping her body right after New Year’s celebrations and we’re already in love. He also shared a short video of Sanya dancing to warm up for the heavy workout routine to come.

In the video, shared by Tridev, Sanya Malhotra can be seen lifting weights while doing squats. Dressed in a black T-shirt and black gym shorts, Sanya can be seen walking with weights on her shoulders backwards and doing squats while lifting the weights. She can be seen doing the exercise routine over and over and working on her arm and leg muscles. The video was shared again by Sanya on her own Instagram Stories. See excerpts from the video here:

Sanya, in a separate video shared by Tridev, can be seen doing her obligatory dance right before taking on the heavy workout routine. In the video, Sanya can be seen dancing to a number playing in the background and having fun in the gym, before waking up with her gym equipment and picking up the weights. “Mandatory dance before the heavy set,” Tridev wrote in the video.
