Many don’t know, but Masaba has opened up in her battle with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). This medical condition can also make it difficult to lose weight. However, Masaba accepted the challenge and his weight loss story became something truly inspiring!

The Masaba Masaba The actress recently took to Instagram to share her rigorous exercise routine. The diva was seen powerfully exercising with battle ropes, and she continued her strength training session with a medicine ball exercise using the wall.

Both activities aim to increase muscle strength as well as increase agility, coordination, focus and balance.

Masaba captioned his video: “No meetings, no photo shoots, no events will get in the way of my morning workout. My exercise routine helps me focus much better at work throughout the day. And physical strength? That’s a bonus. Did you train today?”

Masaba’s weight loss journey is a result of her consistent efforts. The stylist-turned-actor considers the importance of healthy eating and portion control. She calls her workout a ‘non-negotiable fitness routine’, as no professional commitment can break her own commitment to her fat-to-fit journey.

The stylist works out at home 5 days a week with her personal trainer at home. She also turns to swimming for a fun-filled training session. Masaba does a mix of cardio, pilates, yoga and a morning walk to burn thigh and upper body fat. She places special emphasis on breathing exercises as she also suffers from asthma. And, its new improved version is proof of that.
