She is often seen performing complex yoga poses such as kapotasana or pigeon pose, which is essentially a backbend pose. In the video, Alia may be performing five exercises – four sets of six to eight repetitions of Suspended Band Technique (HBT) back squats, four sets of six to eight repetitions of Jefferson curls, four sets of six to eight repetitions of squats. high sumo + sumo deadlift, four sets of 10-15 reps of wall calf raises and four sets of six to eight reps of front foot high squats (each leg).
